When selecting "Colorize By" with any option, the color scheme is auto generated. It mostly works fine, but some of the color schemes have color tones that are very similar, and it is difficult to differentiate object colors in the model space. My suggestion is to either making a toggle button to change colors of the current scheme, or make an option to change the color manually.
